   Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold 2.00-3.00 lower. Demand
was good. High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold primarily to the
ethnic market and most are extremely lean. Those steers sold 2.00-3.00
lower on another very light test. Slaughter Holstein steers sold steady
to 1.00 lower. Slaughter heifers sold 3.00-4.00 lower on a light test.
Slaughter cows sold mostly steady. Demand moderate. Slaughter bulls sold
weak on another very light test. Cattle supplies included 238 steers;
90 heifers; 368 cows; 25 bulls; and 20 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Compared to last week, Graded Holstein 
bull calves sold mostly 20.00-40.00 lower. Holstein heifer calves sold 
mostly 20.00-40.00 lower on a light test. Ag Market News LLC under the 
USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 485 head for Thursday's sale. All calves are
