   Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold 2.00-3.00 lower. Demand
moderate. High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold primarily to the
ethnic market and most are extremely lean. Those steers sold mostly
steady. Not enough Slaughter Holstein steers last week for a comparison.
Slaughter heifers sold mostly steady compared to a light test last week.
Slaughter cows sold 4.00-5.00 lower. Demand moderate. Not enough
Slaughter bulls last week for a comparison. Cattle supplies included
182 steers; 149 heifers; 607 cows; 23 bulls; and 18 feeder calves.

bull calves sold mostly 10.00-30.00 lower. Holstein heifer calves sold firm
compared to a light test. Ag Market News LLC under the USDA-QSA-LMAR program 
graded 450 head for Thursday's sale. All calves are sold by the cwt.
