subjected to USDA carcass grading, and marketed through mainstream outlets. 
Non-Traditional markets refer to lambs destined for slaughter outside of 
what would be termed as traditional markets. The reported market below is 
considered non-traditional. *** 

   Slaughter Sheep: Compared to last week, Slaughter lambs traded mostly 
steady to 10.00 lower on a good quality supply. Slaughter Ewes sold mostly 
steady. Slaughter bucks sold steady on a very light test. Supply consisted 
of 90 percent Slaughter Lambs, 8 percent Slaughter Ewes, and 2 percent 
Slaughter Bucks. All sheep are sold by the hundred weight.

steady. Slaughter Nannies sold mostly steady. Slaughter Bucks sold
mostly steady. Slaughter Wethers traded 20.00-30.00 higherr on a very
light test. Today's goat supply consisted of 66 percent Slaughter Kids,
28 percent Slaughter Nannies, and 6 percent Bucks/Billies and Wethers.
All goats are sold by the head on estimated weights.
